This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on the TaxKolay website.
1. Scope
This policy applies only to the marketing website at https://taxkolay.com.
The customer portal (app.taxkolay.com) is a separate service; the technologies needed to keep you signed in run there. The portal publishes its own cookie policy and is subject to it; information about the portal is not covered on this page.
2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that the sites you visit store in your browser. Sites use these files to maintain a session, remember preferences or measure visitor behaviour.
Similar technologies also include local storage, pixels and software development kits.
3. Which cookies does this site use?
The TaxKolay website currently writes no cookies to your browser.
There are no analytics, advertising, tracking or social media cookies on the site. Third-party tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are not used.
The site may write a temporary entry to your browser's session storage so it can recover from an error that occurs while a page loads. That entry is not a cookie, is used only for technical purposes, and is deleted when you close the tab.
4. Cookie categories
The categories below set out which rules would apply if a technology were introduced in future.

Tools intended for advertising or behavioural profiling are never classified as "strictly necessary". Only genuinely necessary technologies are kept in that category.
5. Consent and preference management
Because no consent-based cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is currently shown on the site.
If an analytics or marketing technology is introduced in future:
- Accept All, Reject All and Manage Preferences will be offered with equal prominence on the first visit;
- the relevant cookie or tag will not run until consent is given;
- a link will be added so you can change your preference later.
Withdrawing consent does not retroactively invalidate processing carried out lawfully before the withdrawal; it stops any further use.
6. Keeping the cookie list current
This page is kept aligned with the technologies actually used on the site. A tool that is not used is not presented as if it were, and a tool that is used is not concealed.
When a new cookie or tag is introduced, its name, provider, first- or third-party status, purpose, category, retention period and the condition under which it runs are added to this page.
7. External links
The site contains links to the customer portal, WhatsApp and our social media accounts. When you follow those links, the cookie and privacy practices of the service concerned apply; TaxKolay has no control over them.
8. Managing cookies
You can always delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Because this site does not use cookies, those settings do not affect how it works.
