Registered Agent and Address Service Terms

These supplementary terms cover Registered Agent and address services and apply together with the Terms of Service.

1. Service model

Registered Agent and address services may be provided by TaxKolay through independent third-party service providers. The provider's trading name may be disclosed to the customer where necessary for operational or legal purposes.

2. Service period

Unless the order states otherwise, these services are generally provided for a one-year period.

There is currently no automatic renewal. If the customer does not pay the fee for a new period, the service for that period does not begin.

3. Conditions of use

The customer may not use the address for:

• unlawful activity;
• creating the impression of a business that does not exist;
• concealing identity;
• unauthorised regulated activity;
• activity contrary to the provider's acceptable use policy.

An address service does not mean a physical office, staff, warehouse, or that the customer actually operates at that address. Only the scope offered in the package applies.

4. Identity verification

The address and Registered Agent provider may separately request identity, address, company ownership and business model documents. The customer must complete these requests on time.

5. Mail and official service of documents

Where the package includes mail handling or forwarding, the scope of delivery, scanning, forwarding, physical storage and fees is set out in the order.

The customer is responsible for monitoring portal and e-mail notifications.

6. Consequences of not renewing

Failure to renew may result in:

• the Registered Agent resigning or the service ending;
• the registered address becoming unusable;
• official mail not being received;
• loss of good standing;
• penalties;
• administrative dissolution or strike-off;
• the company's status being affected.

TaxKolay may send reminders; however, the absence of a reminder does not remove the customer's responsibility for tracking their own company and legal deadlines.

7. Refunds

Once the fee for a new period has been transferred to the third-party provider and the provider has started the service, non-recoverable third-party amounts may not be refundable. The mandatory rights of consumers are reserved.

8. Governing language

The Turkish version of this document prevails. The English translation is provided for information purposes only; in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Turkish version applies.
