Withdrawal Notice Form

The form below can be used for transactions where a right of withdrawal exists. Using this form is not mandatory; any notice that clearly states your intention to withdraw is sufficient.

Where a right to a refund arises, I request that the payment be refunded to the method used, within the framework of applicable legislation and the technical capabilities of the payment provider.

4. How to send the form

Complete the form and send it to support@taxkolay.com. When we receive your notice, we confirm receipt and match the request to your order record.

TaxKolay may ask for reasonable information to verify identity and the order.

5. What happens next

Once your notice is received, we assess whether the service has started, whether early performance consent was given, and whether any non-recoverable fee has been paid on your behalf to a public authority or third party.

6. Governing language

The Turkish version of this document prevails. The English translation is provided for information purposes only; in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Turkish version applies.
