Pre-Information Form
Version 1.1
On this page
This form explains the general framework of the information provided to the consumer before a distance services agreement is concluded. The service name, price and fee items specific to an order are shown in the Order Summary on the payment screen; the Order Summary forms an integral part of this form.
1. Seller and service provider
- Legal name: TaxKolay LLC
- Jurisdiction: Wyoming, United States

TaxKolay LLC is an independent private service provider; it is not a government agency, a bank or a payment institution.
2. Main characteristics of the service
The name, package, country or state, included work and main excluded items of the purchased service are shown clearly in the Order Summary on the payment screen.
Where a bank, fintech or payment platform service is purchased, that service is application preparation and process support; the decision to approve an account is not made by TaxKolay.
3. Total price and fees
The following items are shown separately on the payment screen and in the order record:
- TaxKolay's service fee,
- official or government filing fees,
- independent third-party charges,
- tax or transaction tax, where applicable,
- total amount payable,
- currency.
If, due to the nature of the process, an additional official or third-party cost arises that was not fixed at the time of payment, the reason and amount are explained to the customer; no additional amount is charged automatically without the customer's required consent.
For details, see the Fees, Official Charges and Third-Party Costs page.
4. Payment
Payment is taken in advance through Stripe. The available card and payment methods are limited to the options Stripe supports for that transaction.
5. Performance and start of service
The service starts once payment and the required information and documents have been received, in line with the order.
If the consumer wants the service to start before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, they also give an early performance consent. Without that consent, the start of the service is generally deferred until after the 14-day withdrawal period.
Processing and outcome times may depend on public authorities, third parties and the customer's provision of documents; unless expressly guaranteed, timeframes are estimates.
6. Right of withdrawal
Subject to applicable exceptions, a consumer in Türkiye may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the services agreement being concluded.
For services whose performance begins before the withdrawal period ends at the consumer's express request, the exception to the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation may apply. Early performance consent is obtained separately from acceptance of the agreement.
A withdrawal request can be sent to support@taxkolay.com or made through the Withdrawal Notice Form.
7. Refunds
Where a right of withdrawal or refund arises, the refund is made in accordance with applicable legislation. The treatment of non-recoverable amounts paid on the customer's behalf to a public authority or third party is assessed in light of the legislation and the specific transaction. Details are set out in the Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
8. Complaints and disputes
Complaints can be sent to info@taxkolay.com; the target response time is 15 business days.
The rights of consumers in Türkiye to apply to consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts and other bodies under mandatory legislation are reserved. This form is not to be interpreted in a way that removes the mandatory protection of the consumer's country of habitual residence.
9. Commercial transactions
If the customer purchases the service for commercial or professional purposes and on behalf of a business, consumer status and some related consumer rights may not apply. In that case the Corporate Customer (B2B) Supplementary Terms apply.
10. Governing language
The Turkish version of this document prevails. The English translation is provided for information purposes only; in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Turkish version applies.
